Alabama High School Basketball - Calhoun City knocked off by Andalusia
December 28, 2023: Andalusia, AL 36420 The Andalusia Bulldogs basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Calhoun City Wildcats to 50 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to John Carroll Catholic for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Andalusia will face a Cavaliers team coming off a 45-42 non-league win over Northridge (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Cavaliers record now stands at 11-4.
With the defeat, Calhoun City moves to 9-6 on the year. The Wildcats host Northridge (Tuscaloosa, AL) to face the Jaguars in a non-league game on Friday, December 29. The Jaguars enter the game with a record of 15-2. Northridge lost 45-42 in their recent non-league game against John Carroll Catholic (Birmingham, AL)
