The Tunstall Trojans basketball team scored 78 points and held the visiting Magna Vista Warriors to 34 in the Trojans league triumph on Friday.

The Trojans now sport a 17-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bassett for a Piedmont contest on Tuesday, January 30.

The Warriors (6-12) will now prepare for their contest against Mecklenburg County (Baskerville, VA). The Phoenix enter the Freelance contest with a 6-9 record. In their last contest, Mecklenburg County was routed by Brunswick (Lawrenceville, VA), 69-62, in a non-league contest.
