Ohio High School Basketball - Wooster ripped by Strongsville
February 5, 2024: Wooster, OH 44691 The Strongsville Mustangs basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Wooster Generals to 42 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Monday.
The Mustangs now sport a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Medina for a Greater Cleveland contest on Friday, February 9. Strongsville will battle a Battling Bees team coming off a 54-38 non-league win over Perry (Massillon, OH). The Battling Bees record now stands at 9-8.
The Generals (6-12) will now prepare for their contest against Madison Comprehensive (Mansfield, OH). The Rams enter the Ohio Cardinal contest with a 1-17 record. In their last contest, Madison Comprehensive was routed by Norwalk (Norwalk, OH), 48-32, in a non-league contest.
