November 23, 2011: Baton Rouge, LA 70812 The Glen Oaks Panthers (Baton Rouge, LA) basketball nipped the visiting Destrehan Wildcats (Destrehan, LA), 45-39 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Panthers (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Belaire (Baton Rouge, LA). The Bengals go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Belaire was tipped by Tara (Baton Rouge, LA), 47-37, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newman for a non-league test on Saturday, November 26. Destrehan will clash with a Greenies squad coming off a 61-47 non-league loss to Curtis (River Ridge, LA). The Greenies record now stands at 2-1.
