December 1, 2011: Castro Valley, CA 94546 The Granada Matadors basketball team (Livermore, CA), was overwhelmed 64-39 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Castro Valley Trojans (Castro Valley, CA)
The Trojans now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Northgate for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 3. Castro Valley will battle a Broncos team coming off a 61-48 non-league win over Washington (Fremont, CA). The Broncos record now stands at 2-0.
The Matadors (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Pittsburg (Pittsburg, CA). The Pirates come into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Pittsburg was overwhelmed by Logan (Union City, CA), 62-47, in a non-league battle.
