The Cholla Chargers (Tucson, AZ) basketball nipped the host Vista Grande Spartans (Casa Grande, AZ), 83-76 in Tuesday's league test.

The Chargers (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Amphitheater (Tucson, AZ). The Panthers go into the II Section I test with a 6-0 record. In their last test, Amphitheater got by Santa Rita (Tucson, AZ), 66-44, in a league test.
