The Oakdale (Ijamsville, MD) basketball nipped the visiting Frederick Cadets (Frederick, MD), 53-49 in Friday's league test.

The (7-2) will now prepare for their test against Tuscarora (Frederick, MD). The Titans go into the MVAL - Piedmont test with a 8-1 record. In their last test, Tuscarora got by Middletown (Middletown, MD), 45-42, in a league test.
