The Wellington Wolverines basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Palm Beach Central Broncos to 54 in the Wolverines league triumph on Friday.

The Wolverines now sport a 11-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dwyer for a 8A District 9 contest on Tuesday, January 17. Wellington will confront a Panthers team coming off a 63-54 non-league loss to Miramar (Miramar, FL). The Panthers record now stands at 8-5.
