California High School Basketball - Arvin overwhelmed by Bakersfield Christian
February 10, 2012: Arvin, CA 93203 The Bakersfield Christian Eagles basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the host Arvin Bears to 45 in the Eagles league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 10-13 record. They play next when they host Shafter for a South Sequoia contest on Tuesday, February 14. Bakersfield Christian will meet a Generals team coming off a 64-46 league loss to Tehachapi (Tehachapi, CA). The Generals record now stands at 15-6.
The Bears (4-15) will now prepare for their contest against Wasco (Wasco, CA). The Tigers come into the South Sequoia contest with a 7-16 record. In their last contest, Wasco was routed by Taft (Taft, CA), 43-41, in a league contest.
