Connecticut High School Basketball - Hyde Leadership tipped by Valley Regional

The Valley Regional Warriors basketball team scored 44 points and held the visiting Hyde Leadership Howling Wolves to 42 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodstock Academy for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 28. Valley Regional will meet a Centaurs team coming off a 56-52 non-league win over Waterford (Waterford, CT). The Centaurs record now stands at 3-1.

The Howling Wolves (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Old Saybrook (Old Saybrook, CT). The Rams enter the Shoreline contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Old Saybrook nudged Morgan (Clinton, CT), 65-45, in a league contest.
