December 10, 2013: Berkeley, CA 94704 The Berkeley Yellowjackets (Berkeley, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Ygnacio Valley Warriors (Concord, CA), 70-40 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Yellowjackets (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Alameda (Alameda, CA). The Hornets go into the non-league test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Alameda was trounced by Livermore (Livermore, CA), 71-66, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Dublin for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 17. Ygnacio Valley will encounter a Gaels squad coming off a 77-49 non-league win over Northgate (Walnut Creek, CA). The Gaels record now stands at 2-0.
