The Velma Jackson Falcons basketball team scored 39 points and held the host Biloxi Indians to 37 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Monday.

The Falcons now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gulfport for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 24. Velma Jackson will battle a Admirals team coming off a 63-51 non-league win over Pascagoula (Pascagoula, MS). The Admirals record now stands at 2-1.

Next up, the Indians play the Laurel Golden Tornadoes (Laurel, MS) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, November 25. Biloxi will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Golden Tornadoes go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 65-58 non-league loss to St. Martin (Ocean Springs, MS).
