The Mammoth Huskies basketball team (Mammoth Lakes, CA), was overwhelmed 76-28 in Saturday's league battle with the host Silver Valley Trojans (Yermo, CA)

The Trojans now possess a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Desert Christian for a Desert Mountain battle on Tuesday, February 2. Silver Valley will confront a Knights team coming off a 63-58 league loss to Desert (Edwards AFB, CA). The Knights record now stands at 10-9.

The Huskies (6-14) will now prepare for their battle against Lone Pine (Lone Pine, CA). The Golden Eagles come into the Desert Mountain battle with a 15-5 record. In their last battle, Lone Pine trounced Vasquez (Acton, CA), 66-46, in a league battle.
