The Fort Bend Elkins Knights basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting North Shore Mustangs to 41 in the Knights non-league victory on Saturday.

The Knights now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clear Springs for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 10. Fort Bend Elkins will battle a Chargers team coming off a 50-41 non-league loss to Strake Jesuit (Houston, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 4-7.

The Mustangs (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Cypress Woods (Cypress, TX). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Cypress Woods was routed by Westside (Houston, TX), 77-61, in a non-league contest.
