The Trivium Prep Crimson Knights (Goodyear, AZ) basketball nipped the host Horizon Honors Eagles (Phoenix, AZ), 52-50 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Crimson Knights (14-3) will now prepare for their test against Anthem Prep (Anthem, AZ). The go into the non-league test with a 3-5 record. In their last test, Anthem Prep got by Rock Point (Rock Point, AZ), 46-44, in a non-league test.

The Eagles now own a 7-10 record. They play next when they host Tempe Prep for a 2A Metro East test on Tuesday, January 9.
