The Hornets (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Kaufman (Kaufman, TX). The Lions come into the 4A-1 Region II District 8 challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Kaufman trounced Wills Point (Wills Point, TX), 42-21, in a league challenge.
The Panthers now sport a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Van for a 4A-1 Region II District 8 challenge on Friday, October 24. Mabank will meet a Vandals team coming off a 37-6 league win over Crandall (Crandall, TX). The Vandals record now stands at 7-0.
