October 17, 2014: Lancaster, PA 17601 The Lancaster Catholic Crusaders football team (Lancaster, PA), was knocked off 35-21 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Lampeter-Strasburg Pioneers (Lampeter, PA)
The Pioneers (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lebanon (Lebanon, PA). The Cedars come into the Lancaster-Lebanon 2 challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Lebanon was knocked off by Garden Spot (New Holland, PA), 41-34, in a league challenge.
The Crusaders now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Elizabethtown for a Lancaster-Lebanon 2 outing on Friday, October 24. Lancaster Catholic will encounter a Bears team coming off a 42-14 league loss to Solanco (Quarryville, PA). The Bears record now stands at 0-8.
