October 3, 2014: Corvallis, OR 97330 The Cascade Christian Challengers football team (Medford, OR), was tipped 21-20 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Santiam Christian Eagles (Corvallis, OR)
The Eagles (5-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Taft (Lincoln City, OR). The Tigers come into the 3A West Valley challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Taft was tipped by Amity (Amity, OR), 52-32, in a league challenge.
The Challengers now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Illinois Valley for a 3A Southern Cascade challenge on Friday, October 10. Cascade Christian will meet a Cougars team coming off a 54-27 non-league loss to Fall River (McArthur, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 3-2.
