The Weimar Wildcats basketball team scored 77 points and held the visiting Waelder Wildcats to 8 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.

The Wildcats now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nordheim for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 22. Weimar will meet a Pirates team coming off a 34-32 non-league win over Louise (Louise, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 1-2.
