March 12, 2021: Georgetown, LA 71432 The Georgetown Bulldogs baseball team (Georgetown, LA), was overwhelmed 15-10 in Friday's non-league outing with the visiting Peabody Warhorses (Alexandria, LA)
The Warhorses now hold a 3-10 record. They play next when they host Elizabeth for a non-league test on Monday, March 15. Peabody will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 9-2 non-league win over Oberlin (Oberlin, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 12-0.
With the defeat, Georgetown falls to 1-5 on the season. The Bulldogs host Avoyelles (Moreauville, LA) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league test on Saturday, March 13. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 5-4. Avoyelles lost 6-1 in their recent non-league test against Pitkin (Pitkin, LA)
