March 25, 2009: Solana Beach, CA 92075 The St. Margaret's Tartans volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Santa Fe Christian Eagles to 0 in the Tartans non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Tartans now possess a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brethren Christian for a Academy game on Friday, March 27. St. Margaret's will meet a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Godinez (Santa Ana, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 3-1.
The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their game against El Toro (Lake Forest, CA). The Chargers enter the non-league game with a 6-4 record. In their last game, El Toro defeated Northwood (Irvine, CA), 3-2, in a league game.
