Florida High School Basketball - Port St. Lucie falls to Sebastian River
January 4, 2013: Sebastian, FL 32958 The Sebastian River Sharks basketball team scored 78 points and held the visiting Port St. Lucie Jaguars to 63 in the Sharks league triumph on Friday.
The Sharks now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Viera for a non-league contest on Monday, January 7. Sebastian River will meet a Hawks team coming off a 44-33 non-league win over Eau Gallie (Melbourne, FL). The Hawks record now stands at 5-7.
The Jaguars (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Martin County (Stuart, FL). The Tigers enter the 7A District 12 contest with a 13-2 record. In their last contest, Martin County ran past Wellington (Wellington, FL), 62-60, in a non-league contest.
