The Ridley Raiders (Folsom, PA) basketball felled the visiting Haverford Fords (Havertown, PA), 42-29 in Friday's league test.

The Raiders (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Sun Valley (Aston, PA). The Vanguards go into the non-league test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Sun Valley went down by Unionville (Kennett Square, PA), 44-42, in a league test.

The Fords now own a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast Catholic for a non-league test on Sunday, December 23. Haverford will clash with a Friars squad coming off a 69-51 non-league loss to Chichester (Boothwyn, PA). The Friars record now stands at 2-3.
