The Pickerington North Panthers basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Westland Cougars to 58 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newark for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 3.

The Cougars (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Lancaster (Lancaster, OH). The Golden Gales enter the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Lancaster was defeated by Groveport-Madison (Groveport, OH), 59-52, in a league contest.
