Ohio High School Basketball - Hopewell-Loudon overwhelmed by St. Mary Central Catholic
December 4, 2020: Sandusky, OH 44870 The St. Mary Central Catholic Panthers basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains to 36 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Margaretta for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 5. St. Mary Central Catholic will battle a Polar Bears team coming off a 50-45 league win over Huron (Huron, OH). The Polar Bears record now stands at 2-1.
The Chieftains (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Liberty-Benton (Findlay, OH). The Eagles come into the Blanchard Valley contest with a 0-1 record.
