North Carolina High School Volleyball - Carolina International School overwhelmed by Union Academy
September 4, 2018: Monroe, NC 28110 The Carolina International School Comets volleyball team (Concord, NC), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Union Academy Cardinals (Monroe, NC)
The Cardinals (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 8-5 record. In their last challenge, Metrolina Christian Academy defeated Hickory Grove Christian (Charlotte, NC), 3-2, in a league challenge.
Next, the Comets encounter the Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC) in a 1A PAC 7 challenge, on Friday, September 7. Carolina International School will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Stallions come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Pine Lake Preparatory (Mooresville, NC).
