The Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Junction City (Junction City, OR). The Tigers come into the 3A Special District 2 challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Junction City achieved victory over Sisters (Sisters, OR), 27-18, in a league challenge.
The Falcons now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Eugene for a 4A Special District 4 challenge on Friday, October 8. Elmira will meet a Highlanders team coming off a 56-14 league loss to Marist (Eugene, OR). The Highlanders record now stands at 1-2.
