The Southern Alamance Patriots football team (Graham, NC), was beaten 49-36 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Panther Creek Catamounts (Cary, NC)

The Catamounts (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 8-3 record. In their last challenge, Wake Forest achieved victory over Hoke County (Raeford, NC), 46-0, in a non-league outing.

With the loss, Southern Alamance moves to 8-3 on the season.
