The Palisade Bulldogs football squad scored 29 points and restricted the visiting Summit Tigers to 26 in the Bulldogs league victory on Friday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Steamboat Springs for a 3A Central West battle on Friday, October 22. Palisade will play a Sailors squad coming off a 28-27 league win over Glenwood Springs (Glenwood Springs, CO). The Sailors record now stands at 6-1.

Coming up next, the Tigers play the Battle Mountain Huskies (Edwards, CO) in a 3A Central West battle, on Friday, October 22. Summit will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Huskies go into the contest with a 2-5 record after their 21-20 league win over Eagle Valley (Gypsum, CO).
