The Zimmerman Thunder (Zimmerman, MN) football defeated the visiting Princeton Tigers (Princeton, MN), 49-40 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Thunder face the St. Cloud Cathedral Crusaders (St. Cloud, MN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 17. Zimmerman will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Crusaders enter the bout with a 1-2 record after their 21-6 non-league win over Foley (Foley, MN).

The Tigers (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against Herlong (Herlong, CA). The Vikings enter the California - Division II (8 Man) bout with a 0-0 record.
