October 8, 2021: Uniontown, PA 15401 The Laurel Highlands Mustangs football team (Uniontown, PA), was ripped 42-3 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Thomas Jefferson Jaguars (Jefferson Hills, PA)
The Jaguars (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Ringgold (Monongahela, PA). The Rams come into the WPIAL AAAA Big Eight challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Ringgold was ripped by Belle Vernon (Belle Vernon, PA), 34-14, in a league challenge.
The Mustangs now sport a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host McKeesport for a WPIAL AAAA Big Eight challenge on Friday, October 15. Laurel Highlands will meet a Tigers team coming off a 41-0 league win over West Mifflin (West Mifflin, PA). The Tigers record now stands at 6-1.
