February 13, 2009: Loveland, CO 80538 The Loveland Indians basketball team (Loveland, CO), was overwhelmed 66-44 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Monarch Coyotes (Louisville, CO)
The Coyotes now possess a 15-6 record. They play next when they host Boulder for a 5A Front Range battle on Tuesday, February 17. Monarch will battle a Panthers team coming off a 41-31 league win over Northglenn (Northglenn, CO). The Panthers record now stands at 9-12.
The Indians (9-10) will now prepare for their battle against Poudre (Fort Collins, CO). The Impalas come into the 5A Front Range battle with a 11-10 record. In their last battle, Poudre was overwhelmed by Horizon (Thornton, CO), 63-34, in a league battle.
