Central Grizzlies (Fresno, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Central Valley Hawks (Ceres, CA), 57-48 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Central upgrades its record to 5-6 on the season. The Grizzlies travel to Pitman (Turlock, CA) to encounter the Pride in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 30. The Pride go into the bout with a record of 7-5. Pitman won 49-45 in their recent non-league bout against Sonora (Sonora, CA)

Next up, the Hawks encounter the Sonora Wildcats (Sonora, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 30. Central Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 4-6 record after their 49-45 non-league loss to Pitman (Turlock, CA).
