August 21, 2021: Glen Dale, WV 26038 The John Marshall Monarchs soccer team (Glen Dale, WV), was overwhelmed 7-0 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting Oak Glen Golden Bears (New Cumberland, WV)
With the win, Oak Glen advances its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Golden Bears travel to Edison (Richmond, OH) to play the Wildcats in a non-league contest on Thursday, August 26. The Wildcats enter the contest with a record of 1-1.
The Monarchs now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Brooke for a Two Rivers contest on Monday, August 23. John Marshall will face a Bruins team coming off a 3-1 league win over Linsly (Wheeling, WV). The Bruins record now stands at 1-0.
