New Mexico High School Volleyball - Moriarty over Santa Teresa
September 24, 2011: Moriarty, NM 87035 Moriarty Fighting Pintos (Moriarty, NM) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Santa Teresa Desert Warriors (Santa Teresa, NM), 3-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Fighting Pintos clash with the Albuquerque Academy Chargers (Albuquerque, NM) in a 4A District 5 match, on Tuesday, September 27. Moriarty will attempt to advance on its 5-6 season record. The Chargers come into the match with a 9-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Manzano (Albuquerque, NM).
With the loss, Santa Teresa drops to 4-15 on the campaign.
