The New Trier Trevians volleyball team (Winnetka, IL), was dropped 2-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Lake Forest Scouts (Lake Forest, IL)

The Scouts (15-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Carmel (Mundelein, IL). The Corsairs enter the non-league challenge with a 12-7 record. In their last challenge, Carmel was dropped by Joliet Catholic Academy (Joliet, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Trevians meet the Niles West Wolves (Skokie, IL) in a Central Suburban - South challenge, on Monday, October 3. New Trier will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record. The Wolves enter the challenge with a 18-7 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Deerfield (Deerfield, IL).
