March 4, 2015: Thomasville, GA 31792 The Atkinson County Rebels baseball team (Pearson, GA), was overwhelmed 12-3 in Wednesday's non-league outing with the host Thomasville Bulldogs (Thomasville, GA)
The Bulldogs now hold a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pelham for a 1-AA outing on Tuesday, March 10. Thomasville will confront a Hornets team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Cairo (Cairo, GA). The Hornets record now stands at 0-4.
Next, the Rebels confront the Charlton County Indians (Folkston, GA) in a 2-A outing, on Friday, March 6. Atkinson County will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Indians go into the outing with a 4-1 record after their 11-1 league win over Echols County (Statenville, GA).
