California High School Basketball - St. Joseph Notre Dame overwhelmed by Salesian College Preparatory
January 8, 2015: Richmond, CA 94804 The St. Joseph Notre Dame Pilots basketball team (Alameda, CA), was overwhelmed 71-49 in Thursday's league battle with the host Salesian College Preparatory Pride (Richmond, CA)
The Pride now possess a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saint Mary's for a Tri-County - Rock battle on Tuesday, January 13. Salesian College Preparatory will confront a Panthers team coming off a 53-45 league win over Pinole Valley (Pinole, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 11-4.
The Pilots (12-4) will now prepare for their battle against St. Patrick-St. Vincent (Vallejo, CA). The Bruins come into the Tri-County - Rock battle with a 5-10 record. In their last battle, St. Patrick-St. Vincent was overwhelmed by Kennedy (Richmond, CA), 41-40, in a league battle.
