Connecticut High School Basketball - New Fairfield can't hold off Bristol Eastern
December 27, 2014: New Fairfield, CT 06812 The Bristol Eastern Lancers basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the host New Fairfield Rebels to 47 in the Lancers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Lancers now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tolland for a non-league contest on Friday, January 2. Bristol Eastern will battle a Eagles team coming off a 49-48 non-league loss to East Catholic (Manchester, CT). The Eagles record now stands at 1-5.
The Rebels (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Notre Dame Catholic (Fairfield, CT). The Lancers come into the Southwest contest with a 2-1 record.
