January 3, 2015: Norcross, GA 30092 The Wesleyan Wolves basketball team (Norcross, GA), was nudged 49-45 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Loganville Red Devils (Loganville, GA)
The Red Devils now possess a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Heritage for a AAAAA Region 8 battle on Tuesday, January 6. Loganville will confront a Patriots team coming off a 44-33 non-league loss to Dade County (Trenton, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 1-11.
The Wolves (10-4) will now prepare for their battle against Greater Atlanta Christian (Norcross, GA). The Spartans come into the AA Region 6 battle with a 5-7 record. In their last battle, Greater Atlanta Christian edged Mount Paran Christian (Kennesaw, GA), 59-53, in a non-league battle.
