The Maricopa Rams basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Higley Knights to 33 in the Rams league triumph on Tuesday.

The Rams now sport a 19-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Casteel for a 5A San Tan contest on Friday, February 1. Maricopa will meet a Colts team coming off a 39-27 league loss to Williams Field (Gilbert, AZ). The Colts record now stands at 13-10.

The Knights (8-13) will now prepare for their contest against Gilbert (Gilbert, AZ). The Tigers enter the 5A San Tan contest with a 19-5 record. In their last contest, Gilbert ran past Desert Mountain (Scottsdale, AZ), 67-31, in a non-league contest.
