April 20, 2018: Hastings, NE 68901 The Hastings Tigers baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Omaha South Packers to 1 in the Tigers league victory on Friday.
The Tigers (12-3) will now prepare for their match against Pius X (Lincoln, NE). The Thunderbolts go into the non-league match with a 4-7 record. In their last match, Pius X was overwhelmed by Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE), 6-2, in a league match.
The Packers (10-10) will now prepare for their match against Plattsmouth (Plattsmouth, NE). The Blue Devils go into the B District 1 match with a 2-10 record. In their last match, Plattsmouth was overwhelmed by Nebraska City (Nebraska City, NE), 11-5, in a non-league match.
