California High School Basketball - Placer trounces Mira Loma
December 7, 2023: Sacramento, CA 95821 The Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA) basketball crushed the host Mira Loma Matadors (Sacramento, CA), 69-39 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Hillmen (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Mesa Verde (Citrus Heights, CA). The Mavericks go into the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Mesa Verde was trounced by Valley Christian (Roseville, CA), 46-20, in a non-league test.
The Matadors now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Valley Christian for a non-league test on Saturday, December 9. Mira Loma will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 46-20 non-league win over Mesa Verde (Citrus Heights, CA). The Lions record now stands at 4-4.
