The Pottsgrove Falcons (Pottsgrove, PA) football defeated the visiting Phoenixville Phantoms (Phoenixville, PA), 56-37 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Falcons face the Pope John Paul II Jaguars (Slidell, LA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, October 22. Pottsgrove will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record.

The Phantoms (3-5) will now prepare for their bout against Upper Merion Area (King of Prussia, PA). The Vikings enter the Pioneer - Frontier bout with a 2-6 record. In their last bout, Upper Merion Area lost by Pottstown (Pottstown, PA), 20-6, in a league bout.
