The Greenforest Eagles basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Central Gwinnett Black Knights to 34 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Eagles now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Meadowcreek for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 7. Greenforest will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 71-36 league loss to Brookwood (Snellville, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-7.

The Black Knights (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lakeside (Atlanta, GA). The Vikings enter the AAAAAAA Region 7 contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Lakeside was routed by Forsyth Central (Cumming, GA), 79-54, in a non-league contest.
