The Ridge View Blazers basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Florida State University High School Seminoles to 62 in the Blazers non-league victory on Friday.

The Blazers now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Beaumont United for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 8. Ridge View will battle a Timberwolves team coming off a 73-49 non-league win over Wright (New Orleans, LA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 18-2.

The Seminoles (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Marianna (Marianna, FL). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 10-7 record. In their last contest, Marianna edged South Walton (Santa Rosa Beach, FL), 82-76, in a league contest.
