Indiana High School Basketball - Rising Sun knocked off by Southwestern

The Southwestern Rebels basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Rising Sun Shiners to 51 in the Rebels league triumph on Friday.

The Rebels now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Milan for a Ohio River Valley contest on Saturday, February 12. Southwestern will meet a Indians team coming off a 64-62 league loss to Rising Sun (Rising Sun, IN). The Indians record now stands at 1-14.

The Shiners (7-9) will now prepare for their contest against Lawrenceburg (Lawrenceburg, IN). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 14-5 record. In their last contest, Lawrenceburg ran past Madison (Madison, IN), 48-41, in a non-league contest.
