Georgia High School Basketball - Etowah thwarts Buford
January 29, 2022: Woodstock, GA 30189 The Etowah Eagles (Woodstock, GA) basketball knocked off the visiting Buford Wolves (Buford, GA), 67-58 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Eagles (15-9) will now prepare for their test against Woodstock (Woodstock, GA). The Wolverines go into the AAAAAAA Region 5 test with a 3-21 record. In their last test, Woodstock went down by Milton (Milton, GA), 84-39, in a league test.
The Wolves now own a 17-5 record. They play next when they travel to Central Gwinnett for a AAAAAA Region 8 test on Friday, February 4.
