October 15, 2009: O'Neill, NE 68763 The O'Neill Eagles volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Broken Bow Indians to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Thursday.
The Eagles now possess a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Elkhorn Valley for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 20. O'Neill will meet a Falcons team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Crofton (Crofton, NE). The Falcons record now stands at 9-11.
The Indians (7-16) will now prepare for their game against Valentine (Valentine, NE). The Badgers enter the non-league game with a 5-15 record. In their last game, Valentine defeated Cozad (Cozad, NE), 2-0, in a non-league game.
