The Oscoda Owls basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the visiting Hale Eagles to 43 in the Owls non-league victory on Monday.

The Owls now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Whittemore-Prescott for a North Star contest on Thursday, January 16.

The Eagles now own a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Atlanta for a North Star test on Friday, January 17. Hale will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 45-30 non-league win over Wolverine (Wolverine, MI). The Huskies record now stands at 6-2.
